What this is
DraftDrop takes the details you type and formats them into a document template (invoice, update email, or project handoff summary) that you can review, edit, and download as a PDF for $1.99 per document.
Not a legal document generator
DraftDrop does not create legal, tax, or professional advice, and nothing it produces is a legal document. It is a plain formatting aid only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying anything before you send or rely on it.
Your data
Everything you type stays in your own browser tab. DraftDrop has no server that stores your notes, your generated document, or any personal information. Nothing you type is transmitted to us, logged, or sold. Closing the tab clears it.
Information about other people
If you enter information about someone else (a client, customer, or anyone else) to generate a document, you are solely responsible for having the right to use that information and for how you use the document afterward. Because DraftDrop never receives, stores, or has access to anything you type, we have no involvement in, visibility into, or responsibility for that information or how it is used, shared, or reacted to.
Logos and images you upload
If you upload a logo or image to include on a document, you are solely responsible for having the right to use it. Uploaded images stay in your own browser and are never received, stored, or seen by us, the same as everything else you type.
Payment
All payments are processed directly by Stripe. DraftDrop never receives, sees, handles, or stores your card details or any payment information at any point.
Refunds
Because each document is generated instantly on your device, all sales are final once a document is downloaded.
No warranty
DraftDrop is provided as-is, with no guarantee the output is complete or error-free. Always review your document before sending or using it.
